Drink only purified water. Drinking clean water will also have a positive effect on your condition, since tap water contains a significant amount of impurities, which in large quantities have a negative effect on health. If you want to lead a healthy lifestyle, then try to give up carbonated drinks, for example, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, etc.

Dairy products will only benefit you, so never give up milk (skim), kefir, yogurt (homemade), sour cream, cottage cheese, etc. products. After all, dairy products are a source of calcium, 97% of which is absorbed by the human body. Please note that milk and its derivatives are not recommended for people suffering from lactase deficiency, allergies to this type of product, prone to the formation of phosphate stones in the kidneys and calcification.

Meat is an ideal building material for your body, because it contains all the proteins and amino acids necessary for human health, and other food products are not its competitors in this. I would like to note that this product has recently been quite often disputed when talking about a healthy lifestyle, but doctors and nutritionists are of the opinion that meat is a very valuable product in the race for health. This list of products is the main one. However, in some cases, a person’s health does not allow consuming a particular product. For example, if you suspect gastritis or an ulcer, then your diet will be completely different. Diseases and ailments of modern man come, first of all, from a sedentary lifestyle. In most cases, we usually sit at the computer or TV, one spoils vision, the other destroys the nervous system and greatly affects the gastrointestinal system.

Scientists have found that the waves emitted by the system unit have a negative impact on human health. In particular, spending a long time at the PC leads to problems with the nervous system (insomnia, irritability, groundless fear, depression, oppression, etc.), after which the next stage begins – problems with the stomach and intestines (gastritis, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.). A young, healthy organism can cope with this problem for a long time, but everything has a limit. The consequences can be very dire and irreversible.

A sedentary lifestyle contributes to the formation of sand in the kidneys, which leads to discomfort and pain in the lower back.

There are really many problems that can arise and they are quite serious, so if you are thinking about your health, follow these recommendations:

– do exercises in the morning – this will give you a boost of good mood, and your muscles will always be in good shape;

– be in the fresh air as often as possible, closer to nature.

Try to walk to and from work if possible. Also, give preference to an evening walk rather than watching TV series, playing computer games or social networks. It is better to meet friends in a cafe than to spend half the evening talking to them on the phone or chatting online. On weekends, do not sit at home either, especially if the weather is great outside: take a walk around the city, go on a trip out of town to the countryside, etc.

Taking care of your body is also an integral part of a healthy life. It is not only good for your health, but also pleasant for yourself.

For progressive people living in an active rhythm of life – yoga will help, which will have a positive effect not only on the body, but also on the psycho-emotional state.
